TATTOO MENTOR PROGRAM

Especially today, where competition is as fierce as it’s ever been, being a tattooer is about way more than clean lines and solid color. Have you at some point felt stuck, stagnant, or simply not sure about how to keep growing or reinvent yourself?

Tattooing is a craft, yes, but it’s also an art, a mindset, a business, and a lifestyle. To create significant change, we need a 360° approach—one that refines your skills, provides you with new tools, resources and mindset. This is why I have created this program and perfected it over the years, to capitalize on my 20+ years in tattooing - 10 of which I spent on the road in countless shops - my network and my continuos research in the arts, business, psychology, folklore, performance.

This mentorship program isn’t just about teaching techniques. It’s about building a complete foundation that helps you thrive in every area of your career:

• Artistic growth – we go into the foundations of composition, color theory, structural drawing, gesture, watercolor painting, anatomy to understand why things work or don’t and why. The goal is to make you less dependent on reference and work towards your own style. 

• Tattoo craftsmanship – how to translate concepts into tattoos that are both powerful and built to last; work on bigger compositions understanding the why behind placement, flow and readability.

• Foundations of styles - we’ll look into the origins of different styles, what originates a certain aesthetic, how to find more authentic reference and information.

• Business & branding – how to market yourself and build or reinvent your brand; how to cultivate a network that creates opportunities.

• Focus and accountability – we will work towards clear priorities, an effective system of work and practice, and an optimized approach that uses resources - time, energy and money - efficiently. I will be your accountability throughout the process.

• Mindset & productivity – finding where the blocks might be - impostor syndrome, perfectionism, lack of confidence - and work towards building a winning mindset. 

• Sustainable practice – in such a demanding and absorbing profession, burnout is real. Together, we’ll redesign your practice so it’s impactful but also sustainable. The goal? To go to bed satisfied and get up excited, so that we can start over again.

The program is designed to serve you with a solid structure of information and resources, tailored to your specific needs. This is delivered through:

-1 on 1 calls, where I will address any doubt, question, critique assignments and provide tailored guidance.

How to apply in 3 steps

  • STEP 1

    We will start with an initial VETTING PROCESS, to make sure we’re on the same page in regard to goals, efforts, and attitudes toward tattooing. I want to share this knowledge with people that display an ambitious and still humble, hardworking, and respectful mindset.

    *You must have at least two years of experience in shops (no apprentices).

  • STEP 2

    After the vetting phase we will have a FREE ASSESSMENT SESSION so that I can tailor the process according to individual goals and priorities. We will navigate through different fields such as Technical skills (both in Drawing/Painting/Tattooing), Style, Mindset, Longevity, History, Ethics, Creativity, Brand and Business model, Side Projects, etc.

  • STEP 3

    After the assessment session we will meet online every week with both recorded content (so that you can absorb the content in the most organic way possible) and Live (to tackle direct questions and individual targets).

The price for the full course is 3.950€

 Each program lasts 6 +1 months: 3 months, 1 month break for practice and extra assignments, 3 more months.
